HomeKeepr alternatives for real estate agents
HomeKeepr is a homeowner portal with move-timing scores, a moving concierge and branded emails, and agents can add their own vendors to it. If you only want a vendor list, the alternatives are Client2Vendor, Trusted Only, Vendor Listing Service, a spreadsheet and Proferral. Proferral needs no client app or login, and it runs in a browser today.
Is HomeKeepr still around and how much does it cost for real estate agents?
Yes. HomeKeepr's site was live when we checked it on October 19, 2026. Its pricing page names four agent plans, Starter, Standard, Professional and Enterprise, and says new pricing is coming soon. It also offers a promo code for $9.95 a month, and it shows no other prices.
The homepage opens with "MOVE. OWN. MANAGE." and says HomeKeepr scores when clients are likely to move using "thousands of data points." Homeowners get their own portal to keep track of their home. Prices you see on review sites don't come from HomeKeepr's own pages, so we've left them out.
What happens to my clients' list if I cancel HomeKeepr?
HomeKeepr's homepage, homeowner page and pricing page don't say. Ask HomeKeepr before you sign up, and ask whether your clients keep their accounts and whether you can export your vendors. Those answers matter more than the monthly price if you ever leave.
Here is how it works in Proferral. You keep your providers, clients, referrals and go-to lists on Free, which has no time limit. The link each client has does not expire, and you can export everything any time.
Do home pros pay to be on HomeKeepr?
The pages we checked don't say whether pros pay. HomeKeepr's homepage says it has more than 470,000 service professionals. Its pricing page says the Starter plan lets you add your own vendors as the recommended vendor in the homeowner portal, and the Standard plan lets you turn off other vendors in its Local Pros section.
Who pays matters because it decides whose list your client is reading, and our guide to what a preferred vendor list is explains why. In Proferral, no provider pays to be listed, nobody pays for placement, and we take no referral fees.
How do the HomeKeepr alternatives differ?
They differ mostly in whether your client needs an app and in who pays. Each short summary below comes from the company's own pages. For a side-by-side table, see vendor list apps for realtors, compared.
What is Client2Vendor?
Client2Vendor calls itself "The Secure Communication Infrastructure for Modern Real Estate Transactions." Clients reach your vendor network in its app or on the web, and its site says vendors only see client details if the client chooses to connect. Its App Store listing names "Hired By" badges, so it records which connections were hired. The homepage shows no pricing and offers a demo instead. We cover it in more detail in Client2Vendor alternatives.
What is Trusted Only?
Trusted Only shares your vendor list by link, QR code or a built-in send form. Its page says clients need no app and no account, and an update you make shows up in every shared link. It also reports which vendors your clients engage with. We didn't find a price on its vendor list page.
What is Vendor Listing Service?
Vendor Listing Service says it is free for real estate teams and professionals, and it builds a branded vendor guide you send to clients. It offers vendors what it calls "Featured Placement." There is an iOS app, and its site lists the Android app as coming soon.
When should you choose HomeKeepr?
Choose HomeKeepr if you want your clients to have an account for the home itself, with a place to keep its records. It also fits if you want a moving concierge, branded emails and move-timing scores across your whole database.
What are Proferral's limits next to HomeKeepr?
Proferral works in any browser today, and the iPhone and Android apps are coming, but we can't give you a date. License checks against state rosters cover Oregon and Washington only.
What it does is give each client a go-to list link that opens with no app and no login. Free has no time limit, and Pro is $24 a month (see pricing). If you'd rather keep the list yourself, a spreadsheet is also a fair choice.

Your list can be a link instead of an app
Proferral gives every client one link to your people, and check-ins record whether they hired the provider. It runs in a browser today, and the phone apps aren't out yet. You can read how the link works in go-to list.
It's free, no credit card needed, and you're never charged unless you choose Pro.
