How it works

You hand out vendors every week, and send clients to other agents when they move. Here's what happens to one of those referrals.

  1. Log the referral

The Hendersons just closed and need a roofer. Pick them, pick your roofer, save. Or send the three-way intro email you'd have sent anyway, and Proferral logs it for you.

  2. Check in with your client

Two weeks later you get a reminder to check in. You text or email the Hendersons from your phone, and they tap whether they hired him. If something went wrong, you hear about it before their friends do. Nothing goes to a client in your name unless you send it yourself.

  3. Send your list

The Hendersons get one link to everyone you trust. It opens in their browser and keeps working for good.

  4. Their neighbor sees your name

Next spring the neighbor asks, "Who do you use for gutters?" The Hendersons forward your guy. The card says "On Jane Smith's list", with a button to call or text Jane.

Referrals to and from other agents

Your buyer is moving to Denver, so you send them to an agent you trust there. Log it the same way, noting which direction it went, who the client is and which agent. As the deal moves through connected, under contract and closed (or lost), you update it. If it goes quiet or the closing date passes, it shows up in your follow-ups. You can invite that agent to Proferral if you want. Each referral shows on your client's page and in your history with that agent.

Referral fees stay between your brokerages, and we never touch them. There's no directory and nobody gets matched with strangers. It's for the agents you already know.

Why agents use it instead of a vendor PDF

If you keep a vendor list in a spreadsheet now, the import help shows how to bring it in. Questions about plans are on the pricing page and in the FAQ.
